The self-check-in was straightforward. The free Wi-Fi connection was reliable. The dining area was clean and allowed for a relaxing breakfast experience.
The mattress was less than ideal, and the low bathroom basin could be improved.

The hotel had an easy position, in the nice conservatory. The staff were very friendly and amicable too.

excellent location, free Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee
No one on-site to assist with issues!!! The mattress springs poking and unpleasant low bathroom basin need addressing!!! The light noise from traffic and lack of fans or AC really impacts comfort!!!

Overall it was a really nice stay of 2 nights or more. The breakfast had plenty of options: cereal, toast and jam. You could leave a car on-site. This accommodation had a residential setting in the nice conservatory. Also, Garth Park was max 15 minutes walk to.

I was practically shocked that the shower only had scalding or freezing water. It woudl ve been nice to have a proper breakfast instead of the sad toast and cereal selection. I was really expecting a complimentary bottle of wine, but alas, nothing. I almost forgot to mention the tiniest sink ever, which splashed water everywhere.

Comfortable beds and clean throughout. Breakfast was simple but good with toast and spreads. Parking was included, and I loved the nice coffee available anytime. Bonus points for having a pub across the road.

Comfortable Stay with Great Value!
Had a pleasant night in a cozy single room. The shower was a tight fit for my 91-year-old father, but it was functional. Local taxi info was unclear, but we drove without issues. Don't expect luxurious dining, stick to packed snacks to keep hunger at bay.

Clean and comfortable, with secure parking, and helpful self-check-in. The breakfast selection, while basic, included cereal and bread, adequate for the price. Toiletries were limited to a single sachet of shower gel, leaving me wanting more for the nightly rate. The dining area could benefit from more options, as it serves only simple items like toast and instant coffee.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the self-check-in process which made everything super easy! The breakfast area was cozy and I loved having my morning toast there. Just a heads up, the heating system was a bit noisy at night, but it didn't spoil my experience. 😊
